PMSS celebrates leadership transition at handover ceremony

PMSS is pleased to announce the successful handover ceremony held on Monday, which was chaired by the vice chair Reverend Julie KANDEMA Board of PMSS. The event marked a significant transition as we celebrated the contributions of the outgoing Director General Ernest RWAGASANA, retiring after years of dedicated service, and officially welcomed the new Acting Director General, Egide Muziganyi.
